sauteed sweet sausage thai chili-lime sauce $11.5  I was told that the restaurant portion size is equivalent to one cup of rice and a cup of sausage  (picture below)

I recently photographed at an event called plate by plate and one of the participants was Kuma Inn and Umi Nom’s, King Phojanakong.  Looking down seeing a simple piece of meat on rice made me hesitant that the dish wouldn’t stand out.  When I placed it in my mouth the plain looking dish was complex in nature.  The sticky rice and the firm sausage contrasted each other texturally and in flavor.  Then came my favorite part.  After being in my mouth for two seconds, I tasted a burst of spicy chili-lime sauce.  This seemingly simple dish was filled with textures and flavors, which I feel is a key component to a truly delicious meal.

I have not eaten at the restaurant as of yet but I have photographed there.  By the taste of the sauteed sweet sausage, I would imagine the other dishes are just as tasty.  Eat at Kuma Inn and Umi Nom and make your decision!
